BACKGROUND

Marley Carroll, an architect, is vice president of design with Clark Nexsen and a fellow in the American Institute of Architects. He received the Kamphoefner Prize in 1994 for contributions to the development of Modern architecture. He also received the North Carolina AIA Gold Medal in 2000. He formerly was a principal with Odell Associates. Carroll is a graduate of N.C. State with a degree in architecture.
